Premium Air-Dried Coriander Roots
Fresh coriander roots are washed to remove impurities, dirt, damage, and insects, then air-dried. Air-dried coriander roots retain their characteristic aroma.
Due to its unique properties, coriander roots cannot be sun-dried, as sun drying causes the essential oils to escape, leaving only the unusable residue. Therefore, only air-drying is suitable for use.
